We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility. TheMaintenance Tech is responsible for performing routine and preventativemaintenance to protect the assets of a Hotel and keeping the Hotel systemsrunning smoothly; Ensures a safe, quality experience that improves guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently, with weekends.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
