Food inspector [h1.location_city]

We are looking for an entry-level Food Inspector, who will support the Quality Assurance team by performing routine inspections and monitoring food safety and quality standards throughout aseptic fruit and dairy manufacturing operations. This role focuses on learning and applying GMPs, HACCP principles, and aseptic processing requirements to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality products. work hours : 4 PM - 12 AM

Responsibilities

• Perform basic in-process and finished product inspections under supervision
• Monitor aseptic processing, filling, and packaging areas for compliance with quality and food safety standards
• Conduct visual checks for cleanliness, product integrity, seals, and labeling accuracy
• Verify temperatures, weights, and other critical parameters per SOPs
• Collect product and environmental samples for laboratory testing
• Complete inspection forms, batch records, and quality logs accurately
• Report quality or food safety concerns to QA leadership immediately
• Assist with sanitation verification, allergen controls, and cross-contamination prevention
• Follow all GMP, PPE, hygiene, and food safety requirements
• Support audits and inspections by organizing records and maintaining cleanliness
