Develops graphics for digital and print media, maintains brand consistency, and collaborates with teams to produce engaging visual content for Prestonwood Pregnancy Center (PPC).

Responsibilities :

  • Provide digital and print graphic design support to include donor development, marketing, and client communication pieces
  • Produce content for donor development communications including newsletter, mailing collateral, and email headers
  • Create client and donor collateral including rack cards, presentations, promotional items and booklets
  • Serve as a primary point of contact with external printing vendors to manage file preparation, proofs, revisions, print specifications, and delivery schedules for all printed materials
  • Support social media content creation and contribute to developing social media strategies
  • Create graphics for social media platforms
  • Assist in planning and executing PPC events
  • Work with Development and Marketing team to strategize and create graphics for special events
  • Maintain communication flow with the PBC Communications department as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry
  • Pro-life in word, pro-love in action and passionate about the mission of PPC
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred or minimum of 3 years' experience in graphic design
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, file formats, resolution, and color modes (RGB / CMYK)
  • Video, WordPress, and photography editing a plus
  • Innovative and creative, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, time management and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to work PPC scheduled events
  • Ability to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, to perform physical activities which require moving one's whole body, such as walking, stooping, pushing / pulling a cart, and lifting up to 10 pounds without assistance
