Compensation Range : $38 - 43 per hour

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our fast-paced, in-house creative agency. In this role, you will be a critical partner to both internal and external stakeholders, responsible for developing, reimagining, and producing high-impact layouts, original content, and advertising across all media—including digital, print, broadcast, and social.

As a designer on our team, you will blend artistic craft with strong project management and production skills. Whether working independently or as part of a collaborative squad, you will be expected to work diligently to bring creative concepts to life while remaining strictly aligned with established brand strategies and guidelines. If you are a versatile creator who thrives on variety and is comfortable navigating the nuances of different platforms, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

The Creative Designer will :

• Actively manage, create, design, and produce final assets for marketing initiatives.
• Create and maintain brand assets including patterns, icons, templates, layouts, etc for use in all media.
• Apply the look and feel of our assets across digital, eCommerce, print, video for multiple devices and platforms (web - desktop / tablet / mobile).
• Results-oriented with a firm understanding of the marketing lifecycle and operations.
• Independently design solutions : concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
