For this role, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer with strong IT knowledge and ideally, AI experience. This is a highly collaborative team and to be successful in this role, you should be able to work with business and technology teams to deliver clear documentation.
Contract Duration : 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical writing experience in IT domain
- Authored 100+ high-impact articles through effective collaboration with product teams and software developers.
- Optimized 200+ underperforming articles, significantly increasing user engagement metrics, and reducing support queries.
- Detail-oriented, strong communication, professional questioning
- Able to multitask, set priorities, work independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Copilot, process mapping, version control
- Collaborative mindset
