Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Writer to lead and produce a range of critical documents for clinical research projects. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for clients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and guide junior writers. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory standards and delivers quality insights into our projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Document Creation : Research and craft essential clinical documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities. This includes but is not limited to study protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
- Quality Assurance : Review and revise documents to ensure they meet high-quality standards and incorporate team feedback effectively.
- Project Management : Lead medical writing projects, manage timelines, and address any challenges that may arise during development.
- Team Collaboration : Act as the Medical Writing representative in project teams, coordinating inputs and driving the document development process smoothly.
- Training & Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to junior writers and new team members to enhance departmental knowledge and skills.
