Key Responsibilities
Assess Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) Management Information Systems (EMIS) in the market and assist clients in defining system requirements and choosing appropriate software.
Support full project lifecycle activities, including EMIS implementation, configuration, system integration, training, deployment, user support, maintenance, and continuous improvement to align with client business goals.
Collaborate with consultant teams on the configuration and deployment of EHS&S solutions. Tasks include preparing system design documentation, configuring software components, migrating / analyzing data, and developing customized reports, dashboards, and system interfaces.
Contribute to the creation of system support materials and training documentation, and deliver user training sessions for both internal teams and clients.
Leverage both functional and technical expertise to configure EMIS software and act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
Analyze and map business processes across proprietary and third-party platforms and ensure smooth integration with EMIS solutions, in line with IT standards.
Assist with organizational change management during the rollout of new information systems.
Be a key user of collaborative technologies and advocate for innovative business solutions using established or emerging EHS&S software platforms (e.g., Enablon, Sphera, Intelex, Cority, SAP EHSM).
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
A broad background in IT with familiarity in EHS software solutions and related technical and business methodologies is beneficial but not mandatory.
Understanding of EHS domains such as Environmental Compliance, Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Occupational Health, Incident and Risk Management, and Audit Management is an advantage.
Experience or familiarity with EHS&S software like Enablon, Intelex, Cority, SAP EHSM, or Sphera is preferred, though not a strict requirement.
