Position Overview : A Graduate Designer is responsible for supporting the design of building systems, preparing technical documents and providing general day to day design support under direct supervision and with a heavy focus on learning and development.

• Venue Sector : Designing environments for large arenas, stadiums, airports, and multi-space venues to enhance performance, amenities, and comfort. Practices within this sector include Aviation, Convention Center, Entertainment, Fitness, and Sports.
• Retail Sector : Working on projects for top retailers, our Retail Sector experts create sustainable engineering solutions to enhance the consumer experience. Practices within this sector include General Merch, Luxury, Restaurant, and Specialty.
• Health Sector : With a focus on healthcare facilities, campuses, and projects, our Health Sector experts design for patient safety, privacy, and consumer convenience. Practices within this sector include Behavioral Health, Infrastructure, Hospital, Medtail, Medical Office Building, and Senior Living.
• Grocery & Distribution Sector : Designing grocery stores, food markets, and convenience stores with a focus on customer experience. Practices within this sector include Cold Storage, Convenience Store, Distribution Center, and Grocery Store.
• Community Sector : Building spaces where communities can gather, connect, and be inspired. Practices within this sector include Civic, Culture, Higher Education, K-12 Education, Recreation, and Science & Technology.
