We're Hiring : Front Desk Associate (IHG Experience Required)

Location : Holiday Inn Express Bensenville – 811 E Grand Ave, Bensenville, IL 60106

Pay : $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type : Full-time (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays as needed)

Responsibilities :

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out
  • Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests efficiently using IHG systems
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and provide outstanding service
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

    • Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of experience working at an IHG property (REQUIRED)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with IHG systems (e.g., Opera)
  • Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
  • Able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
