About Us :
At KD Care Community ABA Services, we are passionate about supporting children with autism and their families through high-quality, compassionate care. Our team is growing, and were looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic in Dearborn Heights.
Responsibilities :
Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and transfer calls appropriately
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and general office duties
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Support clinic cleanliness and organization as part of the team
Be physically active and able to move quickly when needed
Collaborate with clinicians and staff to ensure a smooth client experience
Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate respect for all clients and families
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Drivers License and reliable personal transportation
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
No past criminal history (background check required)
Passion for working with children and helping families
Positive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and attention to detail
Willingness to be flexible and work as part of a collaborative team
Benefits :
Hourly pay : $15.00 - $17.00
