Job Summary :

We are urgently hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our busy hotel team. As the face of the hotel, you will provide exceptional customer service by managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure
  • Process payments and issue room keys
  • Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate reservation records

    • Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of customer service experience preferred, Comfortable using hotel reservation software, Strong communication and problem-solving skills & Able to stand for long periods and work weekends
