A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Distributed Fundraising to oversee and manage its distributed fundraising program.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and promote the success of the distributed fundraising program by training group leaders and collaborating across teams

Onboard new groups, ensuring compliance and understanding of fundraising strategies

Develop resources and manage special fundraising campaigns while providing support and guidance to group leaders

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in nonprofit fundraising or program management

Experience managing systems and processes for effective knowledge management

Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively across teams

Experience with managing compliance for a 501(c)(4) entity is desired

Alignment with the core values and strategy of the organization
