Sanitation (Trash Truck) Job brief We are looking for a hardworking Sanitation Worker to properly collect the garbage throughout the refinery A Sanitation Worker's responsibilities include disposing of hazardous waste correctly and ensuring that there is no garbage left in the units Ultimately, you will take the garbage to an appropriate disposal on-site facility daily Responsibilities • Manually collect garbage • Lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions • Drive flatbed trucks while others ride along • Operate the truck mechanisms for lifting, and setting the trash cans or dumpsters down • Perform some manual labor for items such as brush piles or furniture that trucks can't lift Requirements and skills • Knowledge of proper lifting techniques when handling heavy objects • Experience working with hazardous materials and knowledge of proper waste disposal methods
