Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $, to $, per year.
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee core accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring reliable financial processes and supporting organizational growth.

Lead periodic financial close activities while coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information and meet reporting deadlines.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and management reports in alignment with accounting standards.

Manage annual audit activities by serving as a primary contact for external auditors and ensuring all documentation is ready and accurate.
-
Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and systems to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support operational scaling.
Requirements:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with advanced certifications.
-
10+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a technology-focused or fast-growing environment.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, tax considerations, and financial reporting obligations across different jurisdictions.

Proven experience working with modern financial systems, tools, and process-improvement initiatives.

Ability to lead teams effectively and support performance development through coaching and feedback.
