Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year A bit about us: Join a rapidly scaling, global prepared foods company as we launch our brand new manufacturing facility in Orlando, FL. We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the buildout and day-to-day operations of our 8,000 sq. ft. facility. In this hands-on role, you will hire, train, and manage a team of approximately 40 employees as the plant grows, ensuring efficient operations, quality control, and compliance with food safety standards. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture and processes of a state-of-the-art facility from the ground up, driving operational excellence and supporting the company's global growth.
