Position Summary:
Prepare hot sandwiches and short order items at cafeteria grill station. Serves
and merchandises grill products in an attractive and palatable manner adhering
to portion control guidelines. Stock area with supplies utilized for grill service.
Responsible for the setup and preparation of all fresh items and condiments and
the preparation and cleanliness of the grill area. Maintains high standards of
sanitation, organization, safe work habits, and operation and care of equipment.

Qualifications:
A. Education:
High School diploma preferred or equivalent experience and education.
B. Training and Experience:
Previous short order cook required or 1 plus years as cafeteria server
required.

VI. Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Work is of moderate demand, continuous standing and walking; lifting supplies
and moving equipment some of the time. Hours may be irregular to
accommodate cafeteria schedules.
