The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is on the lookout for talented Medicare Field Sales Agents. This role is field-based, with candidates required to live in the designated territory to best serve their local community. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of over 800 Medicare Sales Agents and work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director committed to your success. Together, you will bring Humana's mission to life by delivering exceptional service, differentiating our offerings, and expanding our impact.

Your Role:

• Deliver: Build trust while educating individuals about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and supplementary offerings, including Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Differentiate: Forge meaningful connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits, providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart.
• Grow: Generate self-driven sales, achieve performance goals, and make Humana a valued resource in your community.

You will engage with customers through a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions, with face-to-face visits being a crucial part of your role.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain one.
• Residence in the designated local territory.
• Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and community engagement.
• A valid state driver's license and proof of vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Prior experience in selling Medicare products.
• Public speaking experience or delivering presentations to groups.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.

This position is subject to Humana's Driving Safety and Vehicle Management Program; therefore, a driver license validation and MVR review will be conducted.

Schedule: Appointments and community events may require flexibility during nights and weekends.

Training: Mandatory attendance for the first five weeks of employment.

Compensation: The pay range reflects a good faith estimate of total compensation for full-time employment, combining base pay and commission. Actual earnings may vary based on performance, with a range of $80,000 - $125,000 per year.

Travel: This remote position may require occasional travel to Humana's offices for training and meetings.
