Compensation:$60,000 - $100,000 per year
Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards.
- Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls.
- Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability.
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and customer relationships effectively.
