The Associate Dentist will be responsible for delivering high-quality comprehensive dental care while working collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Diagnose and present treatment in a clear, ethical, and patient-focused manner
- Deliver high-quality general dentistry including restorative, crown & bridge, endodontics, and extractions (experience with implants and clear aligners is a plus)
- Work closely with hygienists to identify and diagnose treatment needs during hygiene visits
- Review diagnostic data including radiographs, intraoral photos, and periodontal findings
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health needs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient scheduling and same-day dentistry when appropriate
- Participate in morning huddles and team meetings
- Support a positive, growth-oriented office culture
Clinical Expectations
Our doctors are expected to practice comprehensive, ethical dentistry with a focus on patient education and clear communication.

Qualifications
Required:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Florida dental license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- Ability to perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical and patient-centered care
Preferred:
- 1+ years of clinical experience (GPR/AEGD acceptable)
- Experience with clear aligner therapy
- Experience with digital dentistry and intraoral scanning
- Experience with endodontics and surgical extractions
