General Laborer
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Pay: $
Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00a-2:30p

Job Summary: This is a basic general laborer role mostly entailing loading and unloading trailers. Additional duties may include inventory management and quality control.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Quality Control on tablets to match VIN numbers to models as well as part numbers.
• Removing safety covers from models and uncrating of side by sides.
• Loading delivery trucks with side by sides and strapping them in correctly.
• Keep the warehouse organized and tidy and implement general housekeeping practices to maintain workplace cleanliness.
• Pay attention to detail and ensure you are always focused on the task at hand.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within operations while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ability to multi-task while receiving guidance from various team members.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Basic understanding of inventory management and time management.
• Other competencies – Basic math, writing, and oral communication abilities.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school or GED diploma

• Proven ability to work within a team environment and be a self-starter.
• Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully, consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver product safely.
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking continuously and performing physical tasks.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform laborious duties.
