We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Generalist to join our Client's growing team in Pearland, TX. In this role, you will be the "go-to" person for the local workforce, handling everything from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique labor market of the Greater Brazoria County area.

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical, administrative, and industrial roles.

Onboarding & Culture: Lead new-hire orientations and integrate local employees into the company culture.

Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to staff and management, resolving conflicts and conducting internal investigations as needed.

Compliance: Maintain knowledge of Texas state and federal labor laws; manage personnel files and I-9 documentation.

Benefits & Payroll Support: Assist employees with open enrollment, benefits inquiries, and coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accuracy.

Local Engagement: Represent the company at Pearland-area job fairs and community events.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.

Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Experience: 3???5 years of progressive HR experience.

Education: Bachelor???s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or Paycom) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
