Job Details Job Duties: Providing litigation support from intake through resolution in employment and personal injury matters Preparing, filing, and e-filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Drafting correspondence, legal forms, and routine litigation documents Managing and organizing physical and electronic case files and litigation databases Coordinating scheduling, calendars, meetings, and deadlines Communicating professionally with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel Assisting with discovery, document production, and deposition preparation Supporting trial preparation, including exhibit management and logistics Performing clerical and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of litigation experience in labor and employment ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred but not required Interested in hearing more?
