• 1–3 years of proven leadership experience managing teams of 25+ people, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to lead confidently in any situation.
• Flexibility and grit to manage changing schedules, demanding shifts, and operational challenges head-on.
