Hiring Now: General Laborers & Technicians

Location: North Haven, CT

Pay: $20–$24/hr (based on experience)

Start Date: March 16

1st Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

2nd Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We’re adding General Laborers and Technicians to support operations on our robotics floor. This work includes material handling, cleaning, assembling metal safety fencing, and using a variety of tools in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean work areas and remove floor tape
• Move, stage, and organize inventory
• Install metal safety fencing and assemble metal frames
• Drill into concrete and use hand/power tools
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Work in a loud, fast‑moving warehouse

Required Skills

• Experience with physical or labor‑intensive work
• Ability to read a tape measure and handle basic production tasks
• Comfort using drills, impact drivers, hammers, and other tools
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred Background

• Mechanical assembly or electrical experience
• Ability to read simple schematics
• Construction, carpentry, or industrial repair skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
