Job Description

As an office clerk/ office assistant you will be joining a dynamic stable company in property managment.
Duties:
Answer incoming calls
- Respond and address owners questions, concerns and request
- General data entry
- Analyze/ Investigate Information
- Communication with Internal Departments and Owners
Data Entry background
Must be organized and detailed
Requirements:
Recent office experience.
Spanish is a plus
Detailed oriented
Must be on time
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
