Title : Outbound Associate

FLSA Status : Full-Time Hourly Position

Pay : $16.50 / hour

Reports to : Outbound Manager

Role Summary and Itemized Responsibilities

The Outbound Associate is responsible for conducting load checks, temperature checks, loading product, ensuring quality and accuracy. The Outbound Associate will ensure that trucks are loaded in the correct sequence and will perform quality checks on the product before loading. Key issues must be communicated regarding load quality and accuracy, and will substitute product if needed, as directed by the Outbound Manager. This position is Grant Funded under HB-1 funding through June 30, 2027.   The continuation of the position after June 30, 2027, is dependent on the securing of additional funding.  The Outbound Associate may also assist in training and mentoring participants in Roadrunner’s Job Training Program.
