Grants Services Manager
The Grants Services Manager position provides leadership and technical oversight in developing and managing all federal, state, and private grants of the Kenaitze Indian Tribe. Essential functions include facilitating pre-application meetings, preparing proposals for current and new funding, writing and editing grant proposals, creating supporting materials, drafting and obtaining letters of support, maintaining records and files, reviewing and distributing notices of awards, scheduling post-award meetings, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. The role also involves supporting program staff in coordinating, developing, and administering grant programs. The incumbent may be required to perform other duties and tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Working conditions include sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, standing, sitting, walking, using hands and fingers, and talking or hearing. There are no repetitive motion hazards or atmospheric conditions, and the job falls under OSHA Category III with no exposure to blood, body fluid, or tissue.
