We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing the way fans spend their money the events that fans attend the channels fans respond to the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally including the English Premier League Red Bull UEFA VISA the NFL Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people based out of 15 offices and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

The Role

This role sits within the Two Circles North America Studio reporting to the Lead Graphic Designer and working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of creatives strategists and marketers. The Studio handles graphic design illustration motion design animation VFX and other visual content that drives our creative output for clients.

We emphasize collaboration speed creativity and precision delivering high-quality work at the pace of the sports world.

Were seeking a Graphic Designer with a sports-first mindset someone who lives and breathes the energy aesthetics and storytelling of sport. Youll create visuals that connect with fans and elevate the brands of some of the most iconic organizations in global sport. If you can illustrate or support brand development thats a huge plus.

This isnt just about clean layouts its about capturing emotion momentum and impact. Youll know what looks current in the sports landscape from bold social graphics and key art to large-scale campaigns and presentation decks.

About You

The ideal candidate is a sports fanatic with a detailed eye for brand design and storytelling. Youre a fast high-quality designer who can thrive in a quick-turnaround environment while maintaining top-tier visual standards. Youll be comfortable taking a brands visual identity and pushing it forward and just as confident responding to live sports moments with fresh reactive creative.

Your Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop bold engaging designs for digital social and campaign platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to bring sports campaigns to life visually.
  • Concept and execute visual ideas that push creative boundaries.
  • Maintain a high bar for quality while working quickly and efficiently.
  • Stay up to date on sports design trends visual culture and emerging tools.
  • Demonstrate strong photo compositing and retouching skills.
  • Communicate your creative thinking clearly articulating the why behind design choices.

Requirements

  • 2 years of professional experience in sports graphic design ideally within college sports the NFL or a sports media / publisher environment.
  • A strong portfolio featuring recent sports design work this is essential.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign; After Effects a plus).
  • Experience designing for social media brand campaigns and sports marketing.
  • Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout.
  • Knowledge of social platform formats and aspect ratios.
  • A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Bonus : Illustration skills Figma 3D design scripting / programming or motion principles.
