Graphics designer [h1.location_city]

A client in South Florida is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team either in Deerfield Beach, FL or St. Louis, MO. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities include :

• Being accountable for all facets of learning development including needs assessment, design and development, and successful delivery of learning content to the Trainers that aligns with business and learning objectives
• Collaborating with stakeholders to help them understand the best tools, techniques and strategies for accomplishing their training goals.
• Ability to provide creative and purposeful ideas when it comes to content design and affiliated learning assets
• Assisting with administrative functions related to our Learning Management System such as uploading and testing new course content, assisting with the User registration process, contributing to general course maintenance.
• Act as a change agent by embracing new ways of learning and remaining current on new learning technologies (i.e., LMS, Content Providers, and eLearning tools)
