Overnight Janitorial Worker

Join our team as an Overnight Janitorial Worker, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at a dynamic manufacturing plant. Shifts are Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6 : 30am and Friday - Tuesday 10pm-6 : 30am. Pay is $18 per hour.

Responsibilities include :

  • Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
  • Dust and damp mop floors using approved methods.
  • Move equipment and furniture to ensure thorough cleaning and return them to their proper locations.
  • Clean assigned areas using designated materials and equipment.

Essential skills include :

  • 6 months of recent janitorial experience.
  • Proficiency in general labor and cleaning tasks.

  • No formal education required.

    Work environment is based at a manufacturing plant in Fremont, with shifts running from 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM. Workers will report to a site manager and will be part of a team, with blackout dates observed for holidays.

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits include medical, dental & vision, critical illness, accident, and hospital, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, and time off / leave.

    This is a fully onsite position in Fremont, CA. The position is anticipated to close on Dec 15, 2025.
