Job Title Physical Therapist Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a dynamic outpatient clinic. This role involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services to adult and adolescent patients, focusing on orthopedic conditions and post-operative care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a caseload of 25-30 patients per week and maintaining a productivity level of 10-15 visits per day. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to expand your skills and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve patient function and mobility. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
