Graveyard shift [h1.location_city]

We are looking for seasoned Shift Supervisor / Assistant Manager candidates who can bring their previous experience and add value to our growing brand. As we are a growing start-up company, there will be a lot of future opportunity for growth both in the field (General Manager, District Manager, etc) and at our corporate office.

Responsibilities :

Motivate the team to perform above and beyond company standards (SOP).

Ensure that customer service remains excellent at all times.

Manage staff, vendors, and customers in a professional and motivational manner. You have a “high five” mentality 100% of the time.

Ensure that our food quality is prepared and served at our high standards 100% of the time.

Qualifications :

You must be a very motivated, high energy person who is excited about your job every day.

You must want to come in early to work and leave late; not because you are asked to, but because you have a passion for success.

You must have a high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.

You must have a proven track record illustrating your organizational and general business skills.

You must possess the ability to keep a high level of confidentiality and embrace exceptional integrity.

You must have a proven track record of offering high quality customer service in a demanding environment.

You must be a team player.

You must be a very proactive, solution-based thinker with the outlook of always being results driven.

You must be a proven multi-tasker, with a strict attention to detail.

You must have at least one year of experience at the Shift Supervisor level or above for a restaurant concept.
