What is the Role?
Position Summary : Lead the front of house staff to successfully uphold the core values of Magnolia Bakery's Mission Statement. Consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality and customer service standards.
- Work directly with the manager on duty to support, direct and motivate staff.
- Maintain open lines of communication with management and staff in order to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the bakery.
- Assist management with scheduling of breaks and meal periods; supports management with the adherence to policies, procedures and job assignments.
- Train staff on Company process, policies, procedures and job assignments.
- Perform regular daily store activities such as opening and closing procedures.
- Perform good customer service by assisting customers in person or on the phone. Answer product and order inquiries.
- Demonstrate teamwork within the bakery by leading by example and working side by side promoting the ideals of teamwork.
- Ensure each customer receives exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer service. Effectively directs and leads staff to deliver the same quality service.
- Resolve customer problems with a sense of urgency.
- Help to create a development plan for each FOH employee to maintain full individual potential.

Hourly Pay Range : $18-$20 +Tips
