We are currently seeking School Counselors for multiple full-time, onsite opportunities with a valued school district partner throughout the Phoenix Metro Area for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details

Full-time, Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
Onsite school-based positions
2026-2027 school year assignments
Multiple openings throughout the Phoenix Metro Area
Elementary & middle school opportunities available
Competitive hourly pay

Essential Functions:

Provide individual and group counseling services to support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and community resources to support student success.
Assist students with academic planning, goal setting, and post-secondary readiness.
Conduct student assessments and provide recommendations for appropriate interventions and support services.
Respond to crisis situations and provide counseling support as needed.
Develop and implement school counseling programs aligned with district and state guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring student confidentiality.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, parent conferences, and school-wide initiatives.
Promote a positive and inclusive school climate that supports student well-being.

Salary:

$42.00-$46.00 per hour
40 hours per week
Weekly Pay: $1,680-$1,840
Estimated Monthly Pay: $7,280-$7,973
