WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

We welcome candidates with a range of experience-from seasoned educators to those just beginning their careers in early childhood education.

For Experienced Teachers (Lead / Associate Roles) , you must meet one of the following New Hampshire state requirements :

  • Completion of 18 credits in related coursework, including 3 credits in child / human growth and development, plus 1000 hours of experience
  • Completion of 12 credits in related coursework plus 3000 hours of experience
  • Completion of 9 credits in related coursework, including 3 credits in child / human growth and development
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience as a licensed family childcare provider with no imposed enforcement actions
  • Completion of the New Hampshire Early Childhood Apprenticeship Program
  • 1000 hours of supervised childcare experience in a licensed program and completion of a 2-year vocational course in career and technical education with 9 credits in related coursework
  • Documentation that you were qualified for and employed as a lead teacher on or before November 6, 2017

For General and Entry-Level Teaching Roles :

  • 16+ years old
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and care for children safely
  • Prior experience in early childhood education or childcare (preferred)
  • CDA credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)

    • HOW DO WE CARE FOR OUR TEACHING TEAM?

    Pay : We offer our full-time or part-time Teachers competitive pay ranging from $13–$20 per hour , based on your experience and qualifications.

    • WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR TEACHER?

    Shifts are Monday to Friday, with full-time and part-time teaching positions available.

    As our full-time or part-time Teacher, you'll implement engaging lesson plans that cater to your students' needs and foster a safe classroom environment. Whether sparking curiosity during experiments, guiding discussions, or celebrating milestones, you'll play a key role in shaping their education. Collaborating with colleagues and communicating with families, you'll support every student's growth and success.
