Are you passionate about working with kids and helping them build confidence through sports? Do you have strong leadership skills and a love for creating a fun, safe, and positive environment? We want YOU to join our team as an Assistant Manager at our thriving gymnastics gym!
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations and assist in managing staff
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for both kids and families
- Assist with customer service, including addressing inquiries and scheduling
- Support coaches in class organization and ensuring effective instruction
- Maintain accurate records and help with administrative tasks
- Foster positive relationships with parents, kids, and staff
- Lead by example and motivate others to provide the best experience possible
