Job Description

Location : Coastal Roots Hair Salon, Chesapeake, VA 23322

Job Type : Full-time / Part-time

Salary : Commission-based or Booth Rent options available

Sign-On Bonus : Two $500 paid cash sign-on bonuses after 3 and 6 months of employment, totaling $1,000.

Job Description : We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our vibrant team at Coastal Roots Hair Salon 3-4 days per week. If you are passionate about hair and dedicated to providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and other hair treatments

Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques

Provide personalized consultations to clients

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Promote and sell salon products and services

Qualifications :

Valid cosmetology license

Proven experience as a hair stylist

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Creative and detail-oriented
