Turn heads, amplify your style, and own your own chair at Floyd's 99 Barbershop. We are currently seeking a full-time Hair Stylist/Barber in Chicago, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about the art of hairstyling and customer service. You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You'll always take home whichever is higher! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an average of $30.25 - $49.25/hour. Plus, eligible employees who meet minimum hours requirements will receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. You will warmly greet clients and conduct consultations to understand their individual styles and preferences. Throughout the day, you will perform haircuts and grooming services, ensuring that each client leaves satisfied and looking their best. You will manage a diverse clientele while maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.
