We are looking for an experienced Head of Commercial Finance to join our team in Plano, Texas. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in financial analysis and modeling, with a proven ability to oversee complex budgeting processes and drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in commercial finance, paired with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop advanced financial models from scratch to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis to assess performance against financial targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business strategies.
  • Manage commercial finance operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all processes.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of key budget processes.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and attention to accuracy in their work.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build complex financial models from scratch.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and enhance budget processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
