Century Group's technology client in the Denver adjacent area is looking for a full-time Payroll Administrator. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
Job Description :
Precise preparation, documentation, and reconciliation of payroll
Management of the payroll system
Staying current with payroll-related legislation
Handling tax filings and other pertinent reporting
Investigating and resolving tax notices
Collaboration with external service providers for streamlined payroll processing
Swift resolution of timesheet, expense claim, and other payroll matters
Calculation of gross-ups, imputed income, and deductions
Thorough review of new hire information
Processing final payments for employee terminations
Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and automation Requirements :
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables
Exceptional attention to detail
Adaptability to dynamic work environments
Effective prioritization skills for managing competing demands
Professional composure in handling stressful situations
Autonomous and collaborative work ethic within a team environment

Bachelor's degree
