A company is looking for a Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance and financial assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Make and answer calls to resolve billing and payment issues
Respond to patient / account holder inquiries in a professional manner

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Demonstrated flexibility in scheduling and assignments
