[job_card.job_description]Engage with the community by participating in local events like school screenings and presentations to promote our positive impact. Contribute to morning huddles to recognize your peers and highlight outstanding teamwork and customer service. Work with children—70% of our patients are kids who bring joy to every day! Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient. Guide parents and patients through our treatment processes. Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide postoperative instructions. Prepare patients for examinations and treatments. Take x-rays and save them to patient charts. Capture quality orthodontic facial photos. Ensure operational readiness by preparing tray set-ups for procedures. Mix materials and sterilize equipment as needed. Assist the dental team with treatments. Document patient information and treatment plans accurately. Maintain the cleanliness of dental chairs and rooms. Adhere to all regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Other duties as assigned. Orthodontic or Dental Assistant Certification (as per state requirements). Preferred 1+ years of experience in Orthodontic Assisting. CPR / BLS Certification required. Ability to travel within assigned territory. High customer service focus and satisfaction commitment. Must enjoy working with children. Demonstrated compassion and dedication to patient care. Integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing. Reliability and dependability in attendance. Attention to detail and multitasking skills. Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
