Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transfers ensuring client safety at all times.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Assist with medication reminders and adherence to care plans.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Report any changes in client condition or concerns to supervisors promptly
