Summary

You will serve as an EDUCATION TECHNICIAN in the Learning Standards Office (N73) of COMNAVRESFORCOM.

Duties

Help

• You will serve as the Quota Control Authority (QCA) for all Selected Reserve Sailor's personnel to obtain course information, training schedules, and course location information.
• You will book quotas for all Selected Reserve personnel in Navy training course convenings for technical, professional development, and leadership courses and associated training paths.
• You will collect and analyze data to evaluate training programs.
• You will perform analysis, identification, and forecasting of future quota requirements across a variety of ratings and training paths through the Student Input Plan (SIP) process.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-6 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following :
