Summary
You will serve as an EDUCATION TECHNICIAN in the Learning Standards Office (N73) of COMNAVRESFORCOM.
Duties
Help
- You will serve as the Quota Control Authority (QCA) for all Selected Reserve Sailor's personnel to obtain course information, training schedules, and course location information.
- You will book quotas for all Selected Reserve personnel in Navy training course convenings for technical, professional development, and leadership courses and associated training paths.
- You will collect and analyze data to evaluate training programs.
- You will perform analysis, identification, and forecasting of future quota requirements across a variety of ratings and training paths through the Student Input Plan (SIP) process.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-6 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following :
