A company is looking for a Health Navigator I to provide customer service to members regarding benefits and health program options.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries related to medical, dental, or pharmacy claims, providing solutions and confirming eligibility
Conduct detailed research and follow-up on member issues using multiple resources and applications
Advocate for members by resolving issues with covered care or medications and addressing complaints and grievances
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to complete training as a Customer Service Representative
Claim processing experience or related experience in a medical / dental office or pharmacy preferred
Practical knowledge of medical, dental, and / or pharmacy terminology desired
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and ability to work with multiple applications simultaneously
