Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate equity offering documentation and related corporate governance materials

Provide legal guidance on IPO processes, SEC filings, and corporate governance matters

Collaborate with internal and external teams on public offerings and equity capital markets transactions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in equity capital markets, securities law, or corporate transactions

Strong knowledge of IPO execution and SEC reporting requirements

Proven track record of advising clients on equity offerings and corporate governance matters

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
