Strong knowledge of current audit and accounting concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word. Experience with paperless audit platforms (e.g., ProSystems, CaseWare). Proven leadership, supervisory, and communication skills. Ability to manage complex client needs and deliver high-quality service. Commitment to mentorship, training, and professional development. Willingness to travel as needed. The typical office hours are 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Hybrid model (2-3 days in the office / week). Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to move throughout office. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 30-50 pounds.

The Manager, Assurance Services - Private Equity & Commercial will lead engagement teams, oversee client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality assurance services. This individual will play a key role in managing multiple projects simultaneously, coaching team members, and driving client satisfaction, while contributing to the growth of the practice.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee assurance engagements for Private Equity and Commercial clients, ensuring compliance with RubinBrown Client Service Standards.
- Collaborate with partners, clients, and engagement teams, serving as a primary point of contact throughout engagements.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of assurance staff, fostering professional development.
- Monitor budgets and engagement performance while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Review financial statements, disclosures, and work papers for accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and firm policies.
- Support practice development by contributing to technical training and knowledge sharing.
