About the Role :
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within the Health Care and Social Assistance industry. This position involves providing direct nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures while maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide compassionate support to patients and their families. Ultimately, the LPN contributes to the overall success of the healthcare facility by promoting positive patient outcomes and adhering to established clinical protocols and standards.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
