Description

Gotham Soccer is seeking a passionate individual who loves both the sport / world of soccer and adult recreational sports. The right individual is interested in working part time, mostly evenings. This role pays a very fair wage, however we are looking for individuals who are truly dedicated to being involved with Gotham Soccer League. This position is for community builders, not quick pay checks.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure at all times our customers are enjoying themselves
  • Set up the field every night
  • Coordinate with operations team
  • Retrieve balls kicked out of the field of play for our teams
  • Oversee captains meeting on a seasonal basis
  • Facilitate equipment, team shirts, etc. for each operation
  • This position is ultimately responsible for the experience that occurs on-site for each operation. It is their duty to make it run as smooth as possible and create a truly enjoyable experience for all that play
  • Provide feedback and improvements for the league to continue the growth of the company
  • Help with referee assessments

Requirements :

  • Available several nights of the week.
  • Extremely proactive with strong verbal and written communication, customer relations, sales, and extroverted personality.
  • Strong understanding of google suite of products and a willingness to use them on a regular basis to stay in touch with team.
  • Highly organized
  • A passion for soccer and our teams.
  • Curious, eager and energetic
  • Highly collaborative, great communicator and ability to prioritize in a very dynamic and fast paced environment

    • Compensation

    This position is paid hourly. You will be provided an app to clock in and out of on site.

    Salary

    $15 - $20 per hour
