Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Field Sales Representative to promote and represent our established MedSpa and licensed Mental Health Clinic. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and generating new business through face-to-face outreach.

You will serve as a brand ambassador, introducing our services and promotions to local businesses, community partners, and referral sources.

This is a commission-based independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-person outreach to local businesses, hotels, gyms, wellness centers, and community partners

Promote MedSpa services including injectables, aesthetics, and wellness treatments

Promote Mental Health services including therapy programs and ketamine treatment (under medical supervision)

Build and maintain referral relationships and partnerships

Present promotions, services, and brand materials professionally

Distribute marketing materials and promotional offers

Follow up with leads and referral partners

Track outreach activity and referrals

Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times

Qualifications

Previous sales, field sales, or business development experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work independently

Reliable transportation required

Comfortable discussing healthcare and wellness services in a professional, compliant manner

Compensation

Commission-only compensation

Uncapped earning potential

Commission paid per closed referral, service booked, or partnership secured

Paid monthly based on collected revenue
